You can leave the laundry to us if you don’t want to do it yourself. We will pick up your laundry from your property and bring it back to you within a day, clean and fresh. Some schemes also offer ironing, if you need it. We can even put everything away in your wardrobe and drawers for you.

At our retirement housing with care schemes, you can enjoy the comfort of your own home and the peace of mind of having a friendly and professional care team on hand every day, if and when needed. Whether you need help with personal care, household chores, or just a chat, we are here to support you to live later life well.
You can also rest assured that you will always have access to emergency assistance 24-hours a day, either from an on-site staff member or a remote response centre, depending on where you live. We want you to feel safe and secure in your home at all times.

In addition to our popular wellbeing service, our retirement housing with care schemes offer domestic and care teams on-site each day, and some schemes even have a ‘handyman’ service for minor repairs and maintenance.
We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, so we tailor our services to suit you. You can choose how much or how little support you want, and you can change it as your needs change. For example, you may need more help after an illness or a hospital stay, and less when you recover. We will assess your needs before you move in, and work with you to create a care and support plan that reflects your wishes. We will also review your plan regularly or whenever your situation changes.

Our teams are based within your service, so you can get to know them well. They are experienced, friendly, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and support. They will respect your privacy and dignity, and help you maintain your independence and wellbeing.
Our personal care services are regulated and inspected by the relevant authorities: Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) in Wales.
If you prefer to use another provider for your care and support services, we will respect your choice and help you find a suitable alternative.

Our wellbeing service provides reassurance that no matter what happens, you are not alone.
We can help you with things like:
- 24-hour emergency response service, 365 days a year, to contact help in an emergency
- Staff presence on-site, as a minimum from 8am - 10pm daily
- A settling-in visit within the first two weeks of occupancy
- A daily welfare check and reminders about daily events
- Support and advice during any emergency events such as power cuts, major works to the building, extreme weather events, etc.
- Emotional and practical support and guidance during or following a short-term illness, change of circumstance, or other significant event, residents will be supported to find and receive the appropriate assistance
- Signposting and assistance to access appropriate external services to meet your needs.

Our experienced and professional team is here to help you with all aspects of personal care, so you can get on with enjoying life. Our service is flexible and can be tailored to your needs.
We can help you with things like:
- Bathing, showering, and continence support
- Prompting and assisting with medication
- Shaving and grooming
- Hair and makeup
- Meal planning and preparation.
Our teams can provide companionship both in your property and in the community. This can involve help with attendance at medical appointments and food shopping. We can also help with things like setting-up video calls with your family.
We can accompany you to:
- Hospital and medical appointments
- Swimming or fitness classes
- Meet with friends
- Supermarkets, or you can just give us a list and we’ll do it for you
- Outings: theatre trips, cinema, football matches, concerts, restaurants - whatever you want to do.
In addition to general housework, we can help you with things like:
- Deep cleaning
- Defrosting your freezer
- Changing bed linen
- Bistro food delivery.
All care and support provision is subject to prior arrangement and the capacity of the service to be able to meet your requirements.
