Two of MHA’s newest retirement living communities are holding special events for people to find out more about them.

Wellesley Court in Waterlooville, Hampshire, and Mickle Hill, in North Yorkshire, both offer purpose-built retirement living for people.

Mickle Hill at Pickering has 168 one and two bedroom bungalows and apartments set on the edge of the town. The information day is being held at Raithwaite Hall on the Rathwaite estate in Whitby and runs from 11am to 3pm.

As well as the 78 bungalows and 90 apartments on site, there will be a host of facilities in the community hub for residents to use. The hub will include a café bistro, cinema room, fitness suite, hair and beauty salon and library / IT suite and is due to open later this year.

With only 48 apartments available, Wellesley Court provides a rare opportunity to live in a beautiful appointed home in a thriving community of like-minded friends and neighbours.

The information day at Waterlooville Community Centre on Thursday 12 May runs from 10am to 3pm. When open, it will offer residents a bistro, lounge with access to a roof terrace, landscaped gardens and a hair and beauty salon.

For both schemes, care and support is available to residents if they would like it and is individually assessed.

Both events offer the chance to meet our experienced team and learn more about the apartments, facilities and support available.
