*The MHA on-site care team will endeavour to support your personal care needs, depending on the staffing resources available. Nursing care is not provided at this scheme. Therefore, should your care needs become more advanced in the future, the support required may not always be achievable.

All apartments are fitted with a 24-hour emergency call system linked directly to the on-site team. Even though you may not feel in need of care at the moment, the support is there in the background. This gives you and your family comfort that, in the event of an unexpected trip or fall, help would be immediately on hand with a familiar face. This sophisticated call system not only covers your own private apartment but also the entire building and gardens for added peace of mind.
