People entering later life nowadays find themselves in a range of circumstances for their housing needs. Some need or prefer to rent, others may wish to retain their equity in their homes. Whatever an older person wishes, our ethos at MHA is to provide high quality care and accommodation, at excellent value for money.

We are glad to be able to offer a range of options for older people. As well as care homes, we also offer apartments for retirement living, with varying levels of assistance available. Within many of these communities, residents can choose to buy, rent or part purchase their apartments.

Should they opt to rent, they can be assured of excellent value for money. We also offer a number of buyers’ assistance packages to help make a move to an MHA apartment as smooth and simple as possible. There are even options in some places to rent before you buy, enabling people to move before they have sold their homes.
