MHA is a well-established charity who have been supporting older people to live later life well for over 75 years. The fundraising team is a newly re-established team with a passion to deliver the best and increase income and supporter engagement across MHA.

Delivering our own fundraising campaigns and working closely with our colleagues delivering our excellent services, we support them to raise money in their own setting too. There are exciting opportunities for all team members to make their mark and have a significant impact to help people live later life well.

Current vacancies

Faith Relationships Fundraiser

You will provide valuable support, excellent customer service and fundraising guidance to MHA’s faith audience, in particular within the Methodist Church, in areas of the county with is no Regional Fundraiser. The post holder will build key relationship with our volunteer MHA Reps within the Methodist Church and where possible look to expand the scheme more widely.

This role will also have responsibility for reviewing, managing and evolving the scheme as well as supporting the development of our principal community fundraising activity MHA Sunday. Internally you’ll build strong relationships with Regional Fundraisers and our Chaplaincy team to support and enable them to raise funds for MHA’s vital work through a faith audience.

This role is a two year fixed-term contract to allow you to hand over relationships to Regional Fundraisers as they become appointed as part of our community fundraising strategy. This role can be either home or Derby Head Office based working extensively across England, Wales and Scotland.

Regional Fundraiser - Yorkshire

Working across Yorkshire, you’ll be providing valuable support, excellent customer service and fundraising guidance out in the community to those groups, including churches and individuals, who want to raise money for MHA.

Internally you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, especially those delivering our services to support and enable them to raise funds for MHA’s vital work.
