MHA Allesley Hall all smiles after receiving maximum review rating score

MHA Allesley Hall has had plenty to smile about after receiving the maximum rating from their reviews.

The Coventry home received a score of 10, the maximum score from 55 reviews on carehome.co.uk.

The reviews were from residents, as well as family and friends of residents and highlighted the care and affection their loved ones are receiving whilst living at the home.

The home provides residential and nursing care for 44 residents. 

Nadine Webster, home manager said: “We are all very proud of the score and it's all down to the hard work of everyone at the home.

“We have received some amazing feedback, from both residents and family members and it's great to see the recognition for the hard work the staff do here.

“When we shared the news with residents they were very happy.

“It's a great feeling, I have been home manager since 2020 and it's the first time we have reached this score.

“We were very keen to get this score and made sure we tried to get as many reviews as possible.

“The aim was always to get the maximum score and now we have, we will make sure we do everything we can to maintain this.”
