You would be helping the catering team as needed, providing support for the home in preparing and delivering meals for residents. You will have to take into account individual’s dietary needs and possibly deliver some meals to residents’ rooms.

What impact would I have?

These simple kitchen tasks will help support the catering team in this ever-changing environment that the covid-19 outbreak has created in our care homes. It could also free up a member of staff so they can focus on providing support in other ways.

  • Flexible
  • Ability to take instruction and direction
  • Mindful of infection control and good hygiene at all times
