We need you to provide one-to-one support, comfort, and a listening ear to our residents, members, their families, and our colleagues.
We’re really proud of our dedicated chaplaincy service across all our care homes, and most of our retirement living schemes, MHA Communities and head office. This role is about compassion, listening to and supporting the spiritual and religious needs of people in later life. We’re looking for an empathic and caring person to join #TeamMHA
As a chaplain you will:
Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. You will be part of a team that believes in respecting every resident as a unique individual.
