MHA Lauriston has had plenty to smile about after receiving the maximum rating from their reviews.

The Hastings home received a score of 10, the maximum score from 63 reviews on carehome.co.uk.

The reviews were from residents, as well as family and friends of residents and highlighted the care and affection their loved ones are receiving whilst living at the home.

The home provides residential, nursing and residential dementia care for 60 residents.

Dionne McEwan, home manager said: “We are all very proud of the score and it's all down to the hard work of everyone at the home.

This is testament to the excellent care we provide at Lauriston.

“We have received some amazing feedback, from both residents and family members and it's great to see the recognition for the hard work the staff do here.

“When we shared the news with residents they were very happy.

“We were very keen to get this score and made sure we tried to get as many reviews as possible.

“The aim was always to get the maximum score and now we have, we will make sure we do everything we can to maintain this.”
