MHA Starr Hills calls on support of community to help residents in the area

MHA to host another support event at Nottinghamshire venue

Combined service of 50 years for four colleagues at MHA Briar Hill House

MHA Morel Court in Penarth is inviting the local community to join them for a festive Christmas fayre aimed at spreading seasonal cheer and raising money for the home’s amenities fund.

The event will take place on Saturday, 6 December, from 11am to 4pm in the home’s main lounge. Visitors will be able to browse a range of stalls offering crafts, decorations, jewellery, and more.

To make the event enjoyable for all ages, an intergenerational focus is planned, including a Santa’s Grotto in the summerhouse for younger attendees.

MHA Morel Court, which provides residential care for 36 residents, hopes for a strong turnout. Activity coordinator Dawn Parsons said the team is looking forward to the day, confident it will be both fun and successful. Refreshments, a raffle, and a tombola will also be available.
