Up to £10,000 off Easy Move Package

• Reservation on the property by 29th February 2024 with exchange and completion by 28th June 2024 to qualify for the offer. 
• Easy Move Package available on selected apartments: - 
• Legal fees up to £5,000 (inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any amount of SDLT) incurred in purchase of apartment.  On completion, the invoice for legal fees must be produced for payment to be reimbursed.
• Estate Agency fees up to £2,500 (inclusive of VAT) incurred in selling own property.  On completion, the invoice for Estate Agency must be produced for payment to reimbursed.  
• Removal fees up to £2500 (inclusive of VAT).  On completion, the invoice for the removal fees must be produced for payment to be reimbursed.
• Shared Ownership purchase – Easy Move Package offered will equate to percentage of purchase. (For example, a 50% shared ownership purchase will equate to a 50% of the legal fees up to £2,500) (inclusive of VAT). 
• The participants accept and agree that any decision as to the amounts payable by MHA in respect of the Easy Move Package are entirely at the discretion of MHA, is final and binding and MHA will not enter into any correspondence regarding such amounts.
