At The Paddock, you can continue to live your life as you wish, with the same independence, privacy and everyday freedom and choices in your own attractive, private apartment. In addition, you have the reassurance of a discreet care package, on-site staffing* from 8am to 10pm (Astraline deal with any emergencies remotely from 10pm to 8am), leaving you free to go about your life as you always have, with total peace of mind.

*The MHA on-site care team will endeavour to support your personal care needs, depending on the staffing resources available. Nursing care is not provided at this scheme. Therefore, should your care needs become more advanced in the future, the support required may not always be achievable.

Your Care, Your Community 

The Paddock is an attractive place where you can enjoy your privacy but become part of a vibrant community of like-minded people who value their time and independence. With a range of social and leisure facilities, you'll have every opportunity to enjoy company, make friends and pursue personal interests.

In addition, we offer the services of a Chaplain; whether you follow a faith or would just like a personal discussion on any issue, you can be sure of confidential support in the way that's right for you. Relaxing at home or meeting others outside...how you spend your time will always be your choice.

All apartments are fitted with a 24-hour emergency call system linked directly to the on-site team from 8am to 10pm and Astraline from 10pm to 8am. Even though you may not feel in need of care at the moment, the support is there in the background. This gives you and your family comfort that, in the event of an unexpected trip or fall, help would be immediately to hand. This sophisticated call system not only covers your own private apartment but also the entire building and gardens for added peace of mind.
