We're taking part in a national survey to gather the views of family and friends about the care and support their loved one receives in our care homes. Whilst residents have been able to give their views for several years now, this is the first time we are able to offer families and friends the chance to take part.

The survey asks a number of questions about your opinions of our services, and the care we provide to your relative or friend. We are really looking forward to hearing your views, as we will use the findings from this survey, and the residents’ survey, to make sure we provide the best possible care and service.

This survey is run by independent research company Ipsos MORI, who will keep individual responses entirely confidential.
The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and is available online. Please go to http://ipsos.uk/MHAfamilyandfriendssurvey to take part. You have until 24 November 2017 to complete the survey.
