Members of the public are invited to a Christmas fair at MHA’s Reuben Manor Care Home on Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe from 2 to 4pm on Saturday (2 December).
There will be a tombola, music, crafts, stalls and a raffle. Entrance is free but any money raised will be spent on extra treats for the residents over Christmas.
Manager Julie Peyton said, “We’re looking forward to all our Christmas activities and are hoping to raise some funds with the Christmas fair to make the festivities even more special. But another important reason for holding this fair is that our residents benefit from social interaction with other people, which is why we are inviting friends, families and members of the public to come along and make it a fun afternoon for everybody.”
Reuben Manor Care Home is judged to be ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
