Welcome to MHA's January policy bulletin
The Charity sector has continued to have a key focus in January, with the publication of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee report, alongside the development of the Charities Bill and the Fundraising Regulator. Social housing has also been in the spotlight, as the Housing and Welfare Bills have been progressing through parliament. In health and social care a campaign has emerged for a commission on the futur eof the NHS and social care . All this is summarised below, along with other research and policy in areas of interest to MHA.
