Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday 14 June to watch our virtual MHA Sunday memorial service - we really appreciate your support.

The MHA Sunday 2020 Service was a service of remembrance, focusing on the kindness shown by our colleagues and volunteers at this time. It included stories and experiences from across MHA as we reflect and pause to remember those who have sadly passed away as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

If you missed the premiere, the service video will remain available for you to watch anytime on this webpage.

All funds raised will go towards our ongoing costs during this difficult time, including the supply of much needed personal protective equipment (PPE) for our dedicated colleagues and residents. We rely on donations and fundraising in order to provide our life-enhancing services including chaplaincy, music therapy and our community groups.

You can still support our MHA Sunday Appeal

How do I host my own MHA Sunday service?

As well as our online service, you can still use our order of service and resources linked to the book of Ruth, which is the theme of Bible month. If you haven't already, fill in the form below to receive the resources straight to your inbox.

The theme of MHA Sunday 2020 is kindness, inspired by the book of Ruth, and the care given by our volunteers and colleagues. So this is also an opportunity for us to give thanks and celebrate our specialist care and support services, enabling people to live later life well across Great Britain.

You may still order Gift Aid envelopes below or you can set up an online offering for your church, circuit or district of your own by setting up a JustGiving fundraising page.

Our order of service features the theme of kindness as Ruth shows kindness to her older mother-in-law, Naomi, and in turn Ruth and Naomi are blessed. The text used in our order of service is Ruth 2:1-13

Can I still host a church service later on in the year?

If you'd prefer to wait until your church congregation can meet in person and host your MHA Sunday service, you're welcome to do so. All the resources will still be here on the webpage waiting for you.

How do I fundraise during lockdown?

While in this time of social distancing you can still support MHA to enable people to live later life well. We hope you join us on MHA Sunday 14 June, although you are welcome to host your event any day of the year. You could hold a virtual coffee morning, an individual sponsored walks or virtual quiz night in aid of MHA.

All funds raised will go towards our ongoing costs during this difficult time, including the supply of much needed personal protective equipment (PPE) for our dedicated colleagues and residents. We rely on donations and fundraising in order to provide our life-enhancing services including chaplaincy, music therapy and our community groups.
