Reducing loneliness and isolation in your community by connecting older people with the right support, at the right time.
Working in collaboration with local business, groups and community organisations, MHA offers a choice of exciting and fulfilling social and online activities for people aged 55 and over in Hampshire.
From befriending and Greencare to music based activities, exercise classes and assisted shopping, with MHA in Hampshire there’s something to suit everyone.
Whether you’re living independently in your own home, in a care home or a retirement living scheme, we can match our support as needs change over time.
Through our community schemes in Hampshire, MHA aims to enable local older people to stay living independently in their own homes for as long as possible, with the best possible quality of life.
Our schemes offer remote activities, befriending, lunch clubs, assisted shopping, activity sessions, outings, and much more to help tackle loneliness and isolation for local older people.
