We offer people of all ages and abilities, businesses and employers exciting and challenging opportunities to contribute towards a life free from isolation for the UK’s older generation - one of enjoyment where they can feel supported, able to contribute and connected in communities that care.
All the money raised for MHA helps people to live later life well, whether that's by attending one of life-enhancing community services, by receiving the support of our chaplaincy service or through our groundbreaking music therapy for people living with dementia.

Whether it's a regular telephone call, helping out with the weekly shop or offering support at a lunch club, we provide lots of opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to volunteer in our services, which provide meaningful ways to make a difference to an older person’s life.
And it’s not just older generations that benefit from this contact. The young people who volunteer in their communities and work within our homes and schemes say they get just as much from it.
