It really is as easy as one, two, three. The only information we require from you when you register with MHA Active is:

1. An email address
2. Your name
3. A password, to keep your account secure.

MHA Active has been designed to work with the widest specification of available devices. If MHA Active doesn’t work with your specific device, we have a helpful solution on the following question.

If you have downloaded MHA Active from the App or Play store but your app isn’t working properly, then it could be because your device isn’t up to date. If you have updated your device and it is still not working, then simply follow these simple instructions to get the full app experience.If you are using an apple device, please use a safari web browser on your tablet and go to mha.disciplemedia.com and sign in. Once you have signed in, you need to create a home screen shortcut, which will create an app for you. Press the share button and select add to home screen and then press add. You will then have the MHA Active app.

For android users you will likely be using chrome. Simply complete the previous steps again but this time, instead of pressing share, select the three dots in the corner and then select add to home screen. And you will have the MHA Active app on your device.

Yes, simply select the expand button towards the corner of the video player, shown as two opposing diagonal arrows and then rotate your device to landscape. When going back to the main menu, press this button again and turn your device back to portrait.

We’ve built a user survey right into MHA Active. This is accessed by the bottom left menu, selecting the Feedback option.

Here you can provide a whole range of different feedback from App performance, to features you’d like to see improved or added.

If you’d like to cancel your free account, please select the settings icon on the top right and then select Delete account.

You can decide whether to receive notification by selecting the settings icon on the top right, then selecting notification centre where you choose your preferences.

When you sign up, you can choose whether to opt in or opt out of receiving emails.

With both iOS and Android, the most straightforward way to remove the app is to long-press the MHA Active icon and then select the ‘remove app’ or ‘uninstall’ option.
