MHA is able to subsidise many of its charitable services thanks to the generous contributions of businesses who want to make a difference in their local communities. Your business is vital to the life of local communities. Partnering with MHA Communities will give you increased opportunities while directly enhancing the lives older people in your area.
We support our communities and always purchase goods and services locally, where possible.
How local businesses are helping MHA Communities
Many local businesses work with Live at Home to keep older people engaged and active, while enjoying more exposure and custom. In Ealing, The Felix Project donates soup and sandwiches to the Tuesday luncheon club.
And in South Leeds, the Leeds Building Society in Morley raised £3,000 through fundraising activities to add a tail lift to the scheme’s minibus, making it wheelchair-accessible. The scheme is also supported by DePuy, which sponsors events such as the Christmas and summer lunches, and the Evans Property Group, which sponsors printing and distributing the newsletter to the value of £8,000 each year.
We need you help
