At this time, this role is flexible. You will receive essential training and we will prepare you the very best we can. We will then call upon you when our services require these roles the most.

Working as a Registered Nurse offers you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others. We’re looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills and a passionate and caring nature with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team. 

As part of a dedicated care team, you will:

  • Provide support to members of the team and carry responsibility for the assessment of care needs and setting standards across the home
  • Be a natural leader and problem solver who has worked with older people and acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
  • Produce care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification.

As a Registered Nurse in a care home setting, you will look after the needs of the residents, offering person centered quality care and really making a difference to the individual you care for. You will provide a safe and supportive environment and use your nursing experience and clinical knowledge to make the right decisions for residents.
