As a Maintenance and Gardening worker, you’ll help to create safe and attractive surroundings that give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. We take real pride in the quality and appearance of our care homes and retirement living communities. We also know that our grounds can be a source of great enjoyment for our residents and their visitors.
As part of Team MHA, you will:
- Ensure the general maintenance and upkeep of the care home, the mechanical and electrical equipment, and the grounds and gardens of the home and ensure that the necessary services and checks are made either internally or by appointed professionals
- Maintain our buildings and gardens to the highest possible standards, creating positive first impressions and making a difference in the lives of our residents in this varied and fulfilling role
- Help maintain a happy atmosphere and a good level of care based on our values.
