As a communities manager at MHA, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our community schemes. You will lead and motivate your colleagues and volunteers, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, manage budgets and resources, and develop partnerships with local stakeholders and partner organisations. You will also ensure that our members receive person-centred support that meets their needs and preferences.
