We're looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with residents, encouraging them to get involved in your programme of activities.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and creative people to join one of our care home teams in the UK. Whether it's arranging craft sessions, themed evenings, garden activities, or something more extraordinary, you'll be making a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing a varied timetable of activities and events that are accessible and inclusive.

MHA is one of few care providers to have a dedicated Activities Co-ordinator in all our care homes in the UK and that's something that we're really proud of.

Though previous experience would be helpful, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. We want dedicated people who will fit into a team that believes in respecting every resident as a unique individual, treating them with the dignity you would wish for yourself.

As part of #TeamMHA you'll offer support to the residents in whatever way they need. From nurturing residents' hobbies and interests and helping facilitate family visits, to helping residents online including through social media and video calling etc.
