LEAP is an exciting new programme that aims to develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours for your first step in your career.
Our Learning Excellence Apprenticeship Programme (LEAP) is more than just an apprenticeship, it is an exciting programme that aims to develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours to enable you to take that first step in your career.
You do not need to have any experience in the role that you are applying for, we’re looking for people with a positive attitude, and a commitment to the programme and your development.
So, if you’re hardworking, have a desire to learn and develop, and are passionate about working for a charity that makes a real difference then LEAP is absolutely for you.

As part of the LEAP programme, you will be paid above the apprenticeship minimum wage. Throughout your programme we will provide two pay rises - one at the end of your first six months, and another at the end of your first 12 months. These pay increases will be subject to your meeting a core set of criteria in relation to your performance.
We also provide our apprentices with access to our full range of staff benefits via our staff membership scheme.
As part of the programme, you will receive a range of wrap-around development in both personal and work life, in addition to the job-specific learning and skills delivered within an apprenticeship programme.
We’ll work with an accredited training provider to deliver all the training you need to develop your skills and knowledge to help you gain your required qualifications.
