The awards are based on the individual and group review score which includes reviews by relatives and friends who have first-hand experience of our care. By being in the Top 20, we hope it makes people’s search for a home with us easier as we understand the decision to place a loved one in someone else’s care is a difficult one that relatives make with a heavy heart.
