Our nursing homes provide nursing support and care for people with long-term health conditions, or for those who have been in hospital and who continue to need nursing care until they are able to be supported in their own home. Our nurses work closely with healthcare professionals in the community to ensure that people’s complex nursing needs are met.

Our nurses and dedicated care teams are here to assist those dealing with various health conditions, including dementia (such as Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia), cancer, circulatory system disorders (like stroke and heart failure), nervous system disorders (such as Parkinson's disease and Huntington's disease), and musculoskeletal disorders (like osteoarthritis and bone fractures).

Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day to plan for and provide nursing care and support in a way that is person centred and that respects each person’s choices and preferences. They also supervise the provision of care by other members of the team.

Additionally, our nurses work closely with primary care and specialist palliative care teams to offer comprehensive support to individuals requiring palliative care or for those nearing the end of their life.

We are dedicated to providing person-centred care that focuses on their physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs, creating an environment where they can truly live later life well. This support is also extended to the resident's loved ones such as their family and close friends.
