Priceholme was built in 1963 and was significantly refurbished in 1997. It is situated in a quiet residential area on Givendale Road on the north side of Scarborough.
Priceholme provides residential care for 31 residents in a purpose-built environment, designed for both ease of access and comfort, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. There is a visiting hairdresser, dentist, optician and chiropodist, but if residents prefer to go out there are always plenty of volunteers to provide escorts to town which is only 15 minutes away.
