Action on Elder Abuse - provide advice and guidance to older people and others.

Bradford Dementia Group - improve the quality of life and quality of care for people with dementia.

CareAware (for free elderly care funding advice in the UK) - a non profit making public information and advisory service specialising in benefits and financial issues relating to long term care for older people.

Care Choices/SCR - a leading publisher of care information and produces many of the official care directories for local authorities and councils.
Care Homes Directory have an easy to use index, providing information on all of the Care Homes, Residential Care Homes, Nursing Care Homes, and links to their web-sites.

CareHomes Net – a unique national directory of nursing, residential, hospice and respite homes.

Care Homes Today - an online elderly care related website aimed at helping thousands of people find the perfect residential care homes throughout the UK each month.
Centre for Policy on Ageing - inform and influence service providers and to discover and advocate what older people themselves want and need.

Care Quality Commission (CQC) - regulate, inspect and review all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England.

Charity Freebies - listing UK charities and information.

Dementia Services Development Centre - work to disseminate research and good practice about home and hospital care for people with any type of dementia including Lewy body, multi-infarct, vascular and alcohol-related dementia, as well as Alzheimer’s disease.

Department of Health - exist to improve the health and wellbeing of people in England.

English Community Care Association (ECCA) - the largest representative body for community care in England working on behalf of small, medium and large providers.

First Stop Advice - offering advice on care, housing and financial options for older people and their carers.

Huntingdon's Disease Association - support people affected by the disease and to provide information and advice to professionals whose task it is to support Huntington's disease families.

The Housing Federation - represent 1300 independent, not-for-profit housing associations in England and is the voice of affordable housing

Housingnet - The Home of UK Housing on the Web - provide data on Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Joseph Rowntree Foundation - provide evidence, solutions and ideas that will help overcome the causes of poverty, disadvantage and social evil.

The MAYC Site - Methodist Association of Youth Clubs brings together Methodist youth clubs from all around Great Britain.

Methodist Church - a mainstream Christian Church. It works in partnership with other denominations whenever possible. But there are certain emphases in the Methodist culture which make it distinctive.

NCH Action For Children - one of the UK's leading children's charities, helping children achieve their full potential.

NHFA (for free financial and legal advice on long term care) - provide advice to all older people and their families, regardless of means, on all the financial implications relating to obtaining and paying for care.

Parkinson's Disease Society - fund research that is focused on the search for the cause of Parkinson’s, improved medical and surgical treatments, better therapies and equipment, and towards finding a cure. 

Royal College of Nursing (RCN) - represent nurses and nursing, promotes excellence in practice and shapes health policies.

Shaftesbury Society - offer a wide range of innovative services to support and empower disabled people throughout their lives.

The Stroke Association - Working for a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need.

Supporting People - Supporting People - provides housing related support to older people.

Tenant Services Authority - the national Government agency that funds new affordable housing and regulates housing associations in England.
