We keep abreast of research within the sector as well as commissioning our own. This helps us:
- To improve the quality of life of older people who use our existing housing, care and support services;
- To develop and evaluate new forms of housing, care and support for older people;
- To explore ways to maximise dignity, choice, inclusiveness, safety, participation and active citizenship for older people; and
- To identify funding strategies and best value in service provision
- To use our strong financial position to increase our knowledge in the key areas of our service provision
