Opened in June 2007, Exning Court is a Housing with Care Scheme made up of 34 apartments: 26 one-bedroomed and eight two bedroomed. The Scheme also caters for tenants with dementia by offering eight flats in this specialist area.
The Scheme is arranged on two levels with a lift and wheelchair access throughout, beautifully landscaped gardens for all the tenants to enjoy and, to the middle of the Scheme, there is a large courtyard garden with a central water feature where tenants are able to sit and relax out in the fresh air.
MHA provides the care and support service to the tenants of Exning Court. A catering service and household support service is also provided to individual tenants as required.
Tenants enjoy a varied social programme of activities. With its homely feel, Exning Court has been supported by members of the local community who are keen to view the beautiful building that has been created for tenants and their families.
At Exning Court, we now provide 24-hour staffing on site. We deliver around the clock support and care tailored to individual needs.
