MHA has over three decades’ experience of developing supported accommodation for older people, continually adapting our provision to meet changing needs. Today, we offer a range of properties for rent, purchase or part-ownership throughout the UK.
- Sheltered Housing, with part-time or full-time staffing support
- Housing with Care, which includes 24-hour staffing and usually an on-site restaurant
MHA’s Housing Schemes are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority. Using its traffic light rating system, MHA has received a green light across the board, and over 95 per cent of those living in our housing say that they would consider or definitely recommend MHA to others.
Home, but not alone
We aim to provide quality accommodation, while relieving you of the concerns that can arise from the task of maintaining a property. Every apartment is designed to support independent living and includes your own bathroom and kitchen. Level access showers and lifts, and a range of security options, are among the many features designed to minimise day-to-day worry.
With MHA you can become part of a community founded on our principles of compassion, respect and love. Shared facilities, the pastoral support of a chaplaincy service, and a manager who will arrange activities in which you can choose to participate, reflect those principles. They also ensure that in an MHA property you can be “at home” without feeling alone.
