Runs and challenges
Fundraising is not just about raising funds. It’s an amazing, rewarding experience, an opportunity to realise your dream, as silly as it may be, for a great cause. Download our Fundraising Brochure for ideas on how to get involved.
Thanks to everyone who has taken part in a sponsored run or other event this year for MHA, and also to Boots, our Official Cheer On partner. This year we’ve been delighted to have the support of over 50 intrepid runners, cyclists and other athletes who have raised several thousand pounds for MHA’s work.
If you’d like to support MHA in your next challenge please get in touch with our fundraising team by email or phone 01332 221946.
We can provide you with sponsor forms, MHA vest, help with setting up an online giving site, personalised posters and flyers, whatever your challenge!

Skydiving
Age is no barrier to living dangerously, as Tricia, a resident at MHA Auchlochan, proved when she celebrated her 70th birthday with a parachute jump to raise funds for sensory equipment for people living with dementia at Auchlochan. Tricia, and a group of her fellow residents and staff, also completed a 5k run the following week, and have raised over £4,000!
Tricia says "Walking on clouds was amazing! My family told me I wouldn't have done it had I not moved to Auchlochan! I feel very humbled at the amount of interest this has caused."
