Homewood was built in 2010 and is a purpose built Residential and Nursing Care Home in Royal Leamington Spa. Homewood is home to 50 older people and is situated within its own grounds close to Leamington Spa town centre. It offers 50 bedrooms all with en-suite and shower facilities, a coffee shop, garden room and large and attractive communal areas for the enjoyment of our residents. Homewood is in a leafy suburban setting which ensures both quiet surroundings and a relaxed pace of life. The home replaces the original Homewood which was converted from a hotel in 1952 and provided 59 years of service to the residents in our care.
"When I first saw our new home and my new bedroom, I was speechless. The home is beautiful and although it is brand new, it still feels like home. I know that all of the residents as well as myself feel very special living in such a lovely place."
At Homewood, writes one resident, “laughter can be heard around the building… staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble.”

Homewood not only provides a home from home it also has a very diverse range of activities available for those who wish to partake, including talks, demonstrations, musical events and outings, as well as catering for an individual resident's hobbies and interests.
